Refund policy

At Raíces Vivas, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because many of our products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers (dropshipping), returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Natural & Perishable Products Some of our products are made with raw, natural materials and contain no synthetic chemicals or preservatives. As a result, certain items may have expiration dates or a limited shelf life. Please check product descriptions carefully and store items as directed. Products that have passed their expiration date are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items Digital products, downloadable resources, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
