Processing Time Orders are processed as soon as possible after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier location.

Shipping Times We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping times are estimates and can vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • Domestic (USA): Estimated 5–14 business days
  • International: Estimated 10–30 business days

Dropshipping Notice Many of our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. As a result, orders may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Raíces Vivas is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
